      In Nlg1MI02059-FlpStop.D/Df(3R)BSC747 pharate adults, persistent motor neurons which innervate the abdominal lateral tergosternal muscles display axonal arbor growth defects. In pharate adults with sparse Nlg1MI02059-FlpStop.NDlock/Df(3R)BSC747 muscle clones in a Nlg1MI02059-FlpStop.D/Df(3R)BSC747 background, axonal branches growing on clonal muscle fibres appear wild-type, while branches from the same neuron growing on non-clonal muscle display growth defects with reduced arbor coverage.
