      In pharate adults with sparse Nlg1MI02059-FlpStop.NDlock/Df(3R)BSC747 muscle clones in a Nlg1MI02059-FlpStop.D/Df(3R)BSC747 background (following Scer\FLP1-mediated inversion of Nlg1MI02059-FlpStop.ND), axonal branches of persistent motor neurons which innervate the abdominal lateral tergosternal muscles growing on clonal muscle fibres appear wild-type, while branches from the same neuron growing on non-clonal muscle display growth defects with reduced arbor coverage.
