UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of 'post-mGRASP' (PMID:22138823), which is composed of an N-terminal signal peptide, the spGFP1-10 split GFP fluorescent protein fragment, and portion of the mouse mNlgn1 gene that targets the protein to the postsynaptic membrane (Tag:TS(mNlgn1)).
