      Expression of Traf-likeUAS.Tag:V5 under the control of Scer\GAL4GSG5966 (and RU486 feeding) leads to a significant decrease in lipid droplets (ie number, size and relative cellular content) and in lipid droplet autophagy (dual LS2- and Atg8-positive puncta) in the adult midgut, as compared to controls.
