      Expression of cdc14UASp.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG does not affect the sex ratio. Males with expression of cdc14UASp.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG do not have an altered sex ratio of their progeny (when crossed to control females). A similar proportion of males expressing cdc14UASp.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG mate at least once within 24 hours compared to controls.

      Larvae expressing cdc14UASp.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG have no difference in light sensitivity compared to controls.

      Males expressing cdc14UASp.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4nos.PG have a significant increase, compared to controls, in the proportion of their progeny, relative to the progeny of an additional (control) male mated to the same female; this effect occurs irrespective of mating order.
