      Expression of NHP2UASp.cMa under the control of Scer\GAL4VP16.nos.UTR significantly increases the number of single cells, 2-cell cysts and 16-cell cysts in the female germarium compared to controls, with no effect on the number of 4-cell and 8-cell cysts.
