Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of Nlg3. An EGFP tag has been inserted between amino acid residue R946 and P947, approximately 12 residues downstream of the transmembrane domain (TMD). These 12 amino acids (those between the end of the TMD and the start of the tag) are repeated downstream of the EGFP tag to produce a complete intracellular domain.
