      The expression of Hsap\SNCAG51D.UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4elav.PLu leads to a decreased climbing ability in adults, as compared to controls. There is a progressive decrease in the number of PAL, PPM1/2, PPM3, PPL1 and PPL2 dopaminergic neurons (observed in 30 days old, but not in 10days old, flies).
