Description

UASt regulates expression of a cDNA encoding the "Aβ42" peptide derived from Hsap\APP, fused to the rat pre-proenkephalin signal peptide (Tag:SS(rPENK)), and bearing a L17P mutation that has been shown to inhibit Aβ aggregation in PC12 cells.
