Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of yrt; contains the amino acid replacements F281A and W283A, a mutant combination that has been shown to almost completely abolish yrt oligomerization in vitro. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of Tag:FLAG.
