Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of yrt; contains the amino acid replacement L236R, which is equivalent to a mutation that prevents binding of the orthologous Danio rerio epb41l5 gene (ZFIN:ZDB-GENE-030616-450) to a Danio rerio ortholog of crb (PMID:21262462). The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of Tag:FLAG.
