UAS regulates expression of a mutant form of Hsap\MAPT in which all 14 Ser-Pro and Thr-Pro kinase target sites were mutated to glutamate, expressed within the "0N4R" (no N-terminal inserts, four microtubule binding repeat) form of Hsap\MAPT.
