Description

44kb genomic fragment (coordinates 2R:19390835..19434833 ) that encompasses hts. A Tag:HA ::Venus ::Tag:FLAG multi-tag cassette has been inserted before the stop codon of exon 12 (the exon encoding htsRC, a cleavage product of the ovhts isoform). A Tag:HA ::TagRFP-T ::Tag:FLAG multi-tag cassette has been inserted before the first codon of exon 8 of the ovhts isoform (Trp 473 of the ovhts polypeptide). TagRFP-T fluorescence has not been observed, while Venus fluorescence recapitulates the expression and localization patterns seen with a monoclonal antibody against htsRC.
