    Description

    1949bp deletion (coordinates 3R:16898074..16900019 , release 6 genome) in the endogenous Fab-7 boundary element, removing all four nuclease-hypersensitive regions. The deleted sequence is replaced by sequence encoding a minimal (50bp) attP site, a loxP site and an FRT site, which can act as target site for further integration of DNA.
