Expressing ensUAS.EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in stage 16 embryo myotubes showing abnormal nuclear positioning, namely nuclei spreading and traversing a shorter distance toward the muscle poles and nuclei often present as individuals rather than as part of clusters, as compared to controls.
