Snx2725 clones in the pupal wing present normal planar cell polarity, as shown by normal core protein asymmetry and planar polarity coordination (Fmi protein), and present normal trichome initiation, as compared to controls. However, the planar polarity protein Fmi show reduced endocytosis and recycling to the membrane in these clones.
