Description

Re-integration of DNA into the attP site present in wgKO. The reintegrated sequence is as follows: 1. an FRT cassette containing a wg cDNA that is tagged with Tag:OLLAS (the tag is inserted in triplicate, separated by a Gly-Gly spacer, in between residues Ser306 and Gly307) and contains 1200bp of 3'UTR sequence followed by a polyadenylation signal, 2. a wg cDNA that is tagged with Tag:HA (the tag is inserted in triplicate, separated by a Gly-Gly spacer, in between residues Ser306 and Gly307) and contains 1200bp of 3'UTR sequence followed by a polyadenylation signal. The reintegrated wg cDNAs are the only source of wg in this allele; no endogenous wg activity remains.
