Description

A 0.7kb genomic Su(z)12 fragment (from upstream of the translation start site) drives expression of a Su(z)12 cDNA that has been mutated to carry the amino acid substitutions P414A and W415A. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:HA.
