Comment:

Most of the Gr28a coding region has been deleted by homologous recombination. Sequence encoding the Scer\GAL4 driver, plus a w+mW.hs marker, has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence. Position of deletion endpoints on reference sequence determined from reported primer sequences.
