      RanGAP327 homozygotes show a significant decrease in the number of central brain neuroblasts at the second instar larval stage.

      Both male and female RanGAPEP1173/RanGAP327 show a progressive decrease in the number of central brain neuroblasts from early third instar larval stage into prepupal stage (i.e. at 72h-120h after larval hatching, but not at 48h after larval hatching).
