Description

The C-terminal domain (CTD) of the endogenous RpII215 coding sequence has been replaced with the CTD from the orthologous human gene, which contains 52 repeats. A Tag:FLAG epitope has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the CTD. A Disc\RFPDsRed.3xP3.cUa marker has also been inserted, downstream of the RpII215 3'UTR.
