Description

An EGFP tag has been inserted at the N-terminal end of the endogenous CrebB locus. In addition an FRT site has been inserted upstream of the EGFP tag, and a second FRT has been inserted before the last exon; this allows excision of the EGFP-tagged CrebB coding sequence in the presence of FLP recombinase.
