Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a chimeric protein that consists of the PIG-B coding sequence in which amino acid residues 319-336 have been replaced with the corresponding region (amino acid residues 379-391) of the orthologous Hsap\PIGB gene. The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:MYC.
