Nucleotide change:

AT20962234TC

Amino acid change:

Y15F | Atpalpha-PA

Reported amino acid change:

Y?F

Comment:

A two base substitution in the codon for aa 15 of isoform Atpalpha-PA leads to a Y to F amino acid change.

Nucleotide change:

AT20962234TC

Reported nucleotide change:

AT?TC

Amino acid change:

Y15F | Atpalpha-PA

Reported amino acid change:

Y?F

Comment:

A two base substitution in the codon for aa 15 of isoform Atpalpha-PA leads to a Y to F amino acid change.

Inserted_sequence:

C

Comment:

The insertion of a C between the two bases leads to a frameshift in the Atpalpha-PA isoform.

Detailed Description

In the tracheal dorsal trunk of AtpαLNFS homozygous stage 16 embryos, the septate junctions are disrupted (revealed by Kune staining) and the tracheal tube length and diameter are increased, resulting in buckled and convoluted tubes, but there is no change in node cell diameter as compared to controls
