UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a cDNA corresponding to armi isoform A. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry the D862A and E863A amino acid replacements and is tagged at the N-terminal end with three copies of Tag:FLAG and 6 copies of Tag:MYC.
