Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses the Vang gene. The coding sequence has been mutated such that all the Ser/Thr residues in clusters I and II have been mutated to Glu (phospho-mimetic mutations). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with EGFP. A single loxP site is present downstream of the EGFP sequence.
