Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses the Vang gene. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry the amino acid replacements S5A, S120A and S122A. The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP. A single loxP site is present in between the tag and the Vang sequence.
