Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses the Vang gene. The coding sequence has been mutated to carry the amino acid replacements S5E, S120E and S122E (phospho-mimetic mutations). The coding sequence is tagged at the N-terminal end with EGFP. A single loxP site is present in between the tag and the Vang sequence.
