Expressing DhprG16D.UAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR results in a small but significant decrease in adult climbing ability, but does not have an obvious effect in the thorax muscles; muscle mitochondria also do not show obvious defects.

DhprG16D.UAS.Tag:HA enhances the adult thorax muscle mitochondrial defects induced by Scer\GAL4Mef2.PR>DhprHMC05508, instead of rescuing them.

Expressing DhprG16D.UAS.Tag:HA under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA does not seem to lead to mitochondrial defects in the third instar larval fat body (as assessed by MitoGFP).under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA does not seem to lead to mitochondrial defects in the third instar larval fat body (as assessed by MitoGFP).

DhprG16D.UAS.Tag:HA enhances the larval fat body mitochondrial defects induced by Scer\GAL4Cg.PA>DhprHMC05508, instead of rescuing them.
