      Expressing Vps4DN.UAS.Tag:MYC for 24h under the control of Scer\GAL4en.PU and Gal80[ts] fail to exhibit the multivesicular bodies observed in the anterior compartment and wild-type controls, and instead exhibit class E-like structures.
