Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an Aβ1-42 peptide of Hsap\APP, mutated to carry amino acid substitutions G29A and G33A (this peptide shows high amounts of tetramers but also large amounts of high oligomers when oligomerization is studied in vitro). A Tag:SS(hh) signal sequence is present at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence.
