The RMCE cassette present in TI{TI}rheaC-DsRed has been replaced with sequence that restores the genomic sequence (last two exons of rhea and last exon of CG6638) that was deleted in TI{TI}rheaC-DsRed and also includes a YPet tag inserted at the C-terminal end of the rhea protein.
