Description

Insertion of a P{Hand-EGFP.C} element into the Su(z)2 locus; the insertion is in the first intron of isoforms B and C and upstream of the first untranslated exon of isoform A. This results in an additional transcript of increased size relative to wild-type, which may indicate that this mutation is a gain-of-function mutant.
