Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an uncleavable form of sli in which 39 nucleotides corresponding to the sequence between the 5th and 6th EGF domains has been deleted, removing the cleavage site (HNMISMMYPQTSP). The coding region is tagged at the C-terminal end (via a linker peptide) with Tag:MYC.
