Description

A sqh minimal promoter drives expression of the wild-type cyst protein, tagged at the N-terminal end (via a SGGGGS flexible linker) with EGFP. Silent point mutations have been introduced into the open reading frame (CACGAGACAGACAATGGATTA to CAtGAaACtGAtAAcGGtTTA) so that the transgene is resistant to RNAi mediated by the P{TRiP.GL00651} transgene.
