Description

28bp deletion that affects only the Fas2-PB isoform. The deletion results in a frameshift and introduces an early translational stop after three amino acids, truncating the original Fas2-PB protein sequence after 741 amino acids. Both putative GPI anchor sites (amino acid 742 and 744) are deleted.

Comment:
