Cytology
Description

The endogenous VAChT locus has been modified so that 7 copies of the Tag:MYC tag have been inserted at the N-terminal end of the VAChT coding sequence. In addition, an FRT-flanked transcription stop cassette has been inserted upstream of the coding sequence; this prevents transcription of the coding sequence in the absence of FLP recombinase.
