Description

The endogenous VAChT locus has been modified so that 7 copies of the Tag:MYC tag have been inserted at the N-terminal end of the VAChT coding sequence. In addition, an B2RT-flanked transcription stop cassette has been inserted upstream of the coding sequence; this is expected to prevent transcription of the coding sequence in the absence of B2R recombinase.
