UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a Hsap\MAPT cDNA encoding the 0N4R isoform, mutated so that the sequence encoding amino acids 306-311 (a hexapeptide that has been shown to be essential for assembly of Tau protein into βsheet-rich structures) has been deleted.
