Description

Two FRT sites in the same orientiation are inserted into endogenous unc-4, flanking the 2nd and 3rd exons. An attP site is inserted 5' to the second exon of unc-4. A Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker is also present. Any unc-4 sequences affected by the insertion process have been replaced to keep exons intact.
