An RFP(Unk) tag has been inserted at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame of the endogenous Syt7 locus. A Disc\RFPDsRed.3xP3.cUa marker flanked by Tni\piggyBac transposon ends has also been inserted as part of the mutagenesis event, downstream of the transcription unit.
