Description

The 299bp neurogenic ectoderm enhancer (NEE) has been deleted from the endogenous rho locus. A sequence cassette in which a pair of inverted attP sites flank a loxP cassette that contains a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence.
