A sequence cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker flanked by loxP sites, plus an attP site, has been inserted at the beginning of the 3'UTR extension of the predicted long isoforms of pros. The Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker is in reverse orientation relative to the direction of pros transcription.
