UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of ci. The three PKA sites have been mutated to Ala. In addition, the coding sequence carries the amino acid substitutions S218A, S220A, S1229A, S1230A, T1232A and S1233A. The coding sequence is tagged with Tag:MYC.
