Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a btsz exon that can give rise to a circular RNA (circRNA) in the context of the endogenous genomic locus, flanked by 1000bp of intron sequence both upstream and downstream. This transgene does not result in overexpression of circRNA.
