Description

UAS regulatory sequences (derived from pWALIUM20) drive expression of an siRNA that targets the splice junction in btsz that is specific to the circular RNA (circRNA) produced by this locus. Overexpression of this transgene results in significant reduction in the btsz circRNA but does not affect expression of its linear transcripts.
