Description

Genomic fragment that encompasses the entire wash gene. The coding sequence carries a number of point mutations in the WHD1 domain; residues that have been shown to facilitate binding to the CCDC53 protein have been mutated. The coding sequence is also tagged at the N-terminal end with GFP.
