UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of a mutated form of the PTPMT1-RB isoform that lacks the putative mitochondrial targeting sequence (amino acids 1-31 are deleted). The coding sequence is tagged at the C-terminal end with three copies of Tag:FLAG.
