Description

UAS regulatory sequences drive expression of the most abundant Hsap\PTEN isoform (GB:AAB66902.1), mutated to carry the amino acid substitution C124S (shown previously to be protein- and lipid-phosphatase catalytically inactive) plus mutation of four phosphorylation sites (amino acid substitutions S380A, T382A, T383A and S385A).
