Description

A full-length wg cDNA that carries a S239A mutation and includes 135bp of 5'UTR and 1200bp of 3'UTR has been re-integrated into the attP site present in TI{TI}wgKO. The re-integrated wg sequence is tagged with GFP (plus an IgG2 linker) inserted after the signal sequence. The presence of the S239A amino acid substitution results in the wg protein produced from this locus being unlipidated.
